Who can play
You must be 18 or older to open a Bally Casino account. Each member registers in their own name, for their own benefit, and may hold one account only. We check age, identity and address when you sign up and during certain transactions. If our automatic checks cannot confirm your details, we ask for documents and keep the account suspended until they are approved.
Where we find a second account linked to the same person, we treat it as a duplicate. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and rewards or winnings connected to them can be voided.
